FOSTER YOUTH TRANSITION

The Foster Youth Transition Foundation proposes to fulfill it’s mission by building a funding base from private, corporate and government contributions and grants. We will distribute these funds to the foster youth via the organization in which they wish to participate.  That is, foster youth will apply to the foundation for funds and in the event their request is granted the youth’s expenses for the activity will be paid directly to the organization in which they will be participating.  It will be a very rare instance that funds would be given directly to the applicant.

The Foster Youth Transition Foundation is a member of the Combined Federal Campaign.  CFC Code 93491.

The Foster Youth Transition Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
