FOSTER YOUTH TRANSITION

Any time someone has the opportunity and ability to pursue a goal great things happen.  Connections are made with new people and life lessons are learned.  Our goal is to give foster youth opportunities to pursue their goals.  Over the years the Foster Youth Transition Foundation (“FYTF”) has had the privilege of assisting numerous foster youth in a variety of ways. We have provided foster youth with computers for school, gift cards to purchase academic software, calculators, and printers. Our goal is to meet the unique goals and needs of the students we support whether it is providing art supplies for an art student, soccer shoes for a fast growing soccer player or a keyboard for a musician.
